It is a way of thinking, feeling and acting that implies that I accept, respect, trust and believe in myself. Self-Esteem is at the very core of our being. It defines within ourselves, the value we place on ourselves.
Sometimes it can be difficult to recognise that you are suffering from low self-esteem. Here are some common symptoms:

Your sleep has become affected
You do not find things as enjoyable as you did before
You find yourself withdrawing from activities – particularly social occasions

If any of these sound familiar you need not worry as there is help available.
